Some guides fail to load with the following error :

Warning: pg_connect() [function.pg-connect]: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? in /var/www/web1/web/includes/bbcode.php on line 261

Warning: pg_last_error() [function.pg-last-error]: No PostgreSQL link opened yet in /var/www/web1/web/includes/bbcode.php on line 261

Most of the AI guides are broken, some of the SL are broken as well.

Yeah, looks like we have something broken, we're looking into it at the moment, hopefully normal service will be resumed shortly...
