Charged Nano Critter (Temporary Charm Enigma Dog)

This item can only be used for mind-controlling pet dogs. It also cannot be just any kind of dogs, it has to be Enigma Dogs. The Dog Trainer has quite a few dialog options to give you information about this.

should add (Bureaucrats do not receive this device from the Dog Trainer)

*** Did this today with my 176 Crat.

Tried to edit this through the Website Admin Panel, but I get no listing for guides when I select List/Edit Guides.
