A few questions regarding the Sealed Weapon Receptacles guide:

1. Does the QL of the sealed receptical = the QL of the unfinished gun inside? (I understand that the missing component will set the final QL of the weapon, and that the unfinished gun must be at least 90% of the missing component's QL)

2. What QL does the Hacker Tool have to be (the guide links to a QL 200, but that seems an unlikely requirement for a low-level weapon)?

1) Yes
2) I haven't found any limitations on ql of Hackers tool (used ql 37ish on ql 150+ recepticle. In most cases, asume that there isn't any limitations, if it isn't specificely satated in guide (On rare occasions info might not be available at times when guide is written.)
