In the guide it says:

Talk to Deidre Lux
Show her the Linked Hacker Tool, and she will give you a mission to bring back a Vanguard Node Access Card. The mission is like a regular pick up mission, simply upload the coordinates and complete the mission.

NOTE: Get your blitzing shoes back on. Mine was a level 250 mission ( I assume / hope this is relative to your personal level ) , so unless you want to spend hours killing level 250 mobs learn to blitz

You should eventually find Vanguard Node 19 Access Card in the mission.

I got level 200-210'ish in mine so it looks like the mobs are relative to your level

Yes, the quest is relative to your current level...
It's often better to do this quest early on, as if you can't blitz (wrong proff) then you could do with bringing in a mezz friend to the nasty high lvl mission parts...

It's actually way much easier to do it below 150.
Did it much faster at 132 on my enf than I did on my doc at 220.
