I did try chatcon.zip but it cuts out all my outgoing tells :/

Example :

2006-05-21 21:13:37 XXX : <font color="#31D6FF">2555840-2503669 = 52171</font><br>
2006-05-21 21:24:17  : To [<a style="text-decoration:none" href="user://XXX">XXX</a><br>
2006-05-21 21:24:17 XXX : <font color="#31D6FF">2555840-2510142 = 45698</font><br>
2006-05-21 21:28:40  : To [<a style="text-decoration:none" href="user://YYY">YYY</a><br>
2006-05-21 21:29:58 YYY : go back to killing i'll be right there<br>

as you can see my outgoing text is gone :

Using the online version works just fine but I would like to be able to work offline and with larger size files than 256kb (looks like it fixed the timezone even

) :

Info on a offline version or tips on other programs that might be able to help me would be highly appreciated.

You're lucky, i'm currently writing on the helpfile of the new standalone chatconverter. Expect the new version soonish

We converted a 10mb logfile, it takes a bit, but it works.

still not working, my outgoing tells gets cut off as shown above.

And it crashed every time while trying to load a file bigger than 1mb

About the crashes, read the help.html file within the package, it explains that the program does not crash, just windows says so. Just keep waiting a moment.

As for your tells, would you mind sending me a copy of just that piece you posted on top from the source-file (eg your log.txt) so i can try it out on my own? That would be nice.

Looks alot better

really busy RL atm though so not much time to test it out, got some weird centering issues and overlined text, but its readable and that makes it good enough for now, thanks alot
