Third Faction is Proud to Offer the Following Legislation, which we hope all Neutral Guild Leaders will agree to sign. We will propose the Newland accord, which states: We, the undersigned Neutral Guilds, Agree to never attack Neutral lands or towers under any circumstances. This has always been somewhat of an unwritten rule amongst the established Neutral community, but we feel this will go a long way in the fight to promote Neutral unity and self sufficiency. We hope that this is something that is clear, concise, simple, and something that most, if not all, Neutrals can agree to. If all goes well, it will be the first step of many to make the Neutral community Stronger! Please Feel free to sign this legislation now, or show up either yourselves or with guild representatives at Neuters R Us on Sunday, April 22, at 2PM EST / 6PM GMT, where we will be holding an aofficial Signing Ceremony and Neutral Get together. Not only do we hope this will bring us closer together in an official capacity, but it will also give some of the veteran guilds a chance to get to know some of the many new neutral guilds, who have only recently joined the community. So please, We would be honored to have any and all neutral guild leaders sign this accord on behalf of their guilds, and also for any and all neutral citizens to come to neuters R us on Sunday for the Ceremony and the Get together!
