I'm realy dubious about the whole idea to be honest, the PvP lag issues, the fact that if I wanted to pilot mechs I'd have stayed up front in Mechwarrior Mercenaries, but...

I will pre-order this for the simple reason that I'm not gonna miss out on the new items & bonuses. Also I have all other expansions & my account is payed yearly so...

As a neutral I'm not really looking forward to the expansion. It appears as if neutrals will just get run over.

So think I'm going to hold off. I also wonder how the lag will be. Atm, lag is bad enough in pvp. High lvl tower wars that involve many people already lag up the whole server.

hmmmmmmmm...I just wanna get the biggest mech out there and scare some fr00bs, course, if what it says is true, and we get mines and stuff, the Clan and Omni capitals will be changing daily, if not hourly...I'd hate to have to fly from Tir to OA just to go get myself to some other place...(probably never happen)...I don't know why I'm typing, so I'll stop...nothing is flowing

As stated before, the current lag issues on either server (rk1 or 2, sorry don't have any rk3 experience) for mass PvP is already bad (not unbearable however) and I can't imagine how FC will be able to support plenty of new PvP tactics and items and keep it from being a 5min (or worse) delay lagfest. Unless they do a complete overhaul on the server or zone loading or do something totally different with the way PvP would be implemented in the game with LE then I dont see LE as an expansion worth buying.

Also, on a somewhat different topic, I think it is way too early for FC to have a new expansion. I think FC tries to believe that "1 expansion every year" is a good thing. They are too lazy to fix the many current in-game bugs, so I believe their way of making all those bad things go away is just throw a pile of new (and still bugged, just newly bugged) gameplay at us to keep us happy for awhile. I think this should be delayed at earliest release late 2006. If not, I smell a flop and plenty of angry paying customers

Seems all of your concerns is the PvP, I guess you guys didnt look at the Ai mothership Missions, As an Ai raidbot Leader, I think that the LE expansion will Help ALOT of players who dont have a city, or have an org that doesn't have a city, or Can't afford to do AI raids all the time. What im saying is AI Motherships, w0000t. This part of LE alone will help out many players on all servers, and if ur stuck up on the PvP, and want to join all the Lag Fest's that your own decision.

If FC actually does this right, the prices on AI armor's and Items will Drop dramaticly, and Hey u never know they might introduce Alien Membrains of diff QLs which can be shop food, as a way to fix the Horrable Cred problem.

As well, I really think a new Species or Race should be introduced with any Expansion, I heard they were trying a Cyborg Race, but it failed and they stopped the work on the project, would be hella funny to c someone running around with no Head, trying to make a new one, or only 1 Leg.....

And for the rumors that have been flying around that i didnt pay my account and Left AO, this isnt true, Yes I almost didnt pay it, but then i thought of all the people i have helped, and am still helping. if i did leave I would have let alot of my Friends down, and thats something I wont do. So I am here to stay, just takin it a bit slow atm..

Don't get me wrong, I am all up for it just for all the nice little goodies that will come with it if nothing else, but FC is calling this their PvP expansion (even more so than NW) & as it stands with no more modifications to how the game it's self works, then it's not gonna be good...

Mechs are going to change the way we see RK, & I'm not sure I like the thought...

MotherShip raids... *droooooools...* Oh yes, I can see this being a good thing...! With higher droprates of the alien armour parts to combat the pricing as you say, just hope they don't stick too high a lvl req on it (my highest is 183 as I bring my Engi up to the same lvl)...

Those mothership raids/missions/whatever do sound interesting and make me want to re-activate my account and get LE, but will they be LE only? That would be lame to have something totally based on 1 expansion (AI) and then bring a new expansion that makes some AI content LE only. I would guess this would happen and I dont like it, but if I ever did get LE if the new alien stuff was LE only then that would honestly be the largest reason why. More PvP, more aliens, more lag - god I wonder how FC is going to be able to handle this
