Does anyone know if there is a way to upgrade the BO-18 (Blue Offset) assault rifle?

BO-18 (Blue Offset) is upgrade in itself. So no, you can't upgrade it trough tradeskills anymore. Go for Division 9 line if you don't have expansions.

Thanks. I was afraid it wouldn't be. I've just gotten a little attached to the thing.
