What do I need to do to get an energy scythe on at lvl20? or even a frost if it doesnt cost too much

well its rather simple. You have to enfo to start with. ok heres the deal:

first u need about 68 NCU
than you buy Skill Of savage Chrystal, Fast attack expertise and 2h edged expertise
put in imps so you have 177 2h edged and 171 fast attack.
than get a 131 wrangle, cast Skill of the savage (needs 2 much skills, might be waiste of IP) and 2h edged and FA expertise

Calculated:

177+131+47=357= Forsty

I need to know your breed and profession to give you exact numbers, can you feed me that information please?
