How do I find this and is this the actual name of the item or is it called something else? I've searched through trade and cannot find it

Symbol Library - Medical to make nanos...hmm, should be in trade section. Try all of them, basic, advanced and superior shops.

It's in the Nano Program Terminal, if you're Clan, it's the 2nd terminal in on the 'lower' right side as you go in... It needs to be within 25% of the disks QL.
