Bug or not?

I have a character at level 75 and even if on the guide it says that it is for levels 85-99, I received System Intrusio as my Daily Mission.
There's no chance I can complete it and if it keeps appearing, I'll be forced to level only by fighting in the wilderness or Foremans.

Not a bug, just an inexact guide I'd guess. Sometimes you get a mission that is pretty difficult for the level you are. I suggest getting somebody to help you, or delete it, level the old-fashioned way and try your luck again in 18 hours

Can be solved by teaming with others to kill cyborgs to get to the bottom or have an engineer friend kill cyborgs and beacon warp you into the last room.

Well, I managed to finish the mission yesterday because I was lucky enough to find a high level with expansion inside.
