Is it me, or did the guidelines get spammed on all of the pages? just wondering if it was a bug or what..

Since it's possible to post without logging in, I welcome rules being posted everywhere. Newcomers might start viewing and posting on section that holds their interest, so some code of behavior is needed (in place they can see). Why should they go lf rules for 10 min first?
