Hi there i was just wondering would it be possible for me to get a ql75 or above Perennium Beamer on a 24 sub toon breed is atrox fix (I know what your going to say lol) any help would be great.

Now back to the topic... a QL75 Beamer requires only 376 SMG & 283 Burst. While I have no idea how high the basic skills of a 'Trox are at level 24 I still believe it's possible. Eventually it totally depends on the gear available to you... and the NCU of course.
Short break down... wrangle (58 NCU), expertise and 3x SMG implants of QL 100 give you about 260 SMG, so you would only need about 117ish SMG skill of your own... perks should help you a bit there.
Riot Control (39 NCU), expertise and 2x Burst implants (shiny clashes with SMG) gives you 175 Burst, so only 108 Burst skill on your own....
Problem you are faced is to get implants of approximately QL100 on - figuring that out I leave to you... happy twinking
