Not sure if this has been asked before but here goes.

Is there a list of nanos thats are dyna loot only or for rare IDs?

There is a list of non rollable nanos, maybe that will start you off!

I find this site to be a good source of which nanos are ur (un-rollable, possible boss loot) or D (dyna only). http://arpa3.net/ao/nanos.html
