Neuts do seem to be the minority on Rubi-Ka...
There seems to be very few insentives to stay Neutral, being able to wear a lvl3 Sided Shoulder Pad from both sides at once is the only one I can think of offhand.

The fact that we kill heckies for faction also is a bonus!
