rollerrat helmet

Just curious...I have saved up 10 rollerrat pieces, but is the rollerrat helmet definitely something worth getting all the pieces for and having someone make for me...or should I just skip it?

A lot of people don't bother, but I think it's NR +20 at a QL200 version is not to be sneezed at in pvp.
But I tend to collect all the stuff other people don't bother with, and can be quite fun posting something in org chat, and people going "omg, where'd ya get that?".

Is this something that I (as a soldier) can make myself, or is this another tradeskill thing that I should have someone do for me?

As a soldier, I wouldn't be wasting IP in tradeskilling, and would enlist the help of a friendly Trader or Engineer once you have all the parts required.

if your high level you generally have the trickledown abilities to make it, but you'd probably need help to make the carbonum version at the end even then, so may aswell enlist a helpful traderskiller
