In the guide is says

"Note: If you're level 150+ these missions are likely to be too difficult for you to complete alone. These quests are mostly for characters 50-100. The CRU is also NoDrop so you can't trade it. "

This is not right. The missions is no harder than any standard RK mission and can easely be soloed

I would second that! The CRU mission is always like a standard mission of your own level... of course that means the mobs increase in level as well as the size of the mission (mobs to kill to gain 100% token chance).
However ... blitzing team missions for characters of 150 or higher may be more efficient which might have been the point.
Also the ACRU is unique, which could be added along with the 24 hour lock time on those missions after completing.
