Kyr Ozch Energy Rapier on Newbie Island

I saw a Lv 10 Player ( not A.R.K ) on Newbie Isle with a Kir Ozch Rapier, an Injecter dagger and two Rings. How can I send my friend equipment after I leave Newbie Isle?

You can't. Most likely the one was a old toon that have been parked there for a long time. AI weapons and rings used to drop on the island some time ago

well that confirms something I have been wondering about. I am about to unfreeze one of my old accounts, and I know I have a toon still on newb Island with lots of gear. I got the gear in there before that first patch after AI came out, so that toon also has carb armor, portable implant thingy, and a pack full of implants, and a few other things, I know one pack has a selection of Alien weapons.
Now If I only knew which of the frozen account has that toon in it
