im new and im at the part where you choose between Omni Tek, Clans or neutral are there any advantages or disadvantages for each faction
There are several advantages and disadvantages for each faction.
Omnis have advantage of cheaper treatment clinic, selling for more credits, etc...
Both omni and clan also have advantage of token boards
Neutrals have advantage of seeing all chats, they are free to travel almost anywhere without being attacked by guards, using both gardens in SL, accessing all player shops if they have AI.
On top of that, there are several pieces of equipment that are faction locked.
