I'm wondering what the low level sheets & bolts are useful for if anything, like QL 1-20'ish. I know the QL50+ are for perennium weapons but as far as I know the lowest QL nano-charged gun is QL50.

As far as I know, they aren't used for any other process. So the ultra low QLs aren't worth anything at all, since they can't be used for Perennium weapons.
