layout/graphics looks fine.. well done
Keep up the good work
(1 tip tho.. make links on left side a bit bigger.. maybe have a collapsing link bar.. mouseover or click expands the difrrent link catagories)

Cool thang!
Just some idea's..
- Put all the markup in a CSS, and make some id's or classes so it will be easier to maintain.
- Think about using a dynamic site, use a Content Management System (CMS) for example if you're not allready doin that.
- Rethink about HTML 4.0 Transitional. Even that one validates for around 80 errors against W3C
- Delete this post if you have read it

Aye, so far so good. Site still looks a bit "new" but if it continues to build it should be a great site. Overall, great work.
