Apparently theres going to be down time for AO tomorrow (10/16) so i'd say im screwed for the day. I almost litterally have no life: I go to school, come home and get on AO til' 10:30 pm. Now i accually have to do something.
What is everyone planning on doing...?

The downtime starts at 10am GMT and has been stated to be down for just 3 hours. So, I would guess that you might just be ok on the whole with that time schedule.. infact, hazard a guess.. you will be sleeping!

I believe West coast is 8hrs out from GMT...
I know for certain that East coast is 5 hrs, & then there's central, mountain & west, correct?

GMT is +4 on US EDT, but this month on the last Sunday of the month, it becomes +5 with the time change. We "spring" forward and "fall" back, but GMT does not.

Yes, the only thing that I know is that North Carolina (Southern USA) is 3 hours ahead of California.
And the Central states are in a 1-2 hours difference, depending which state you live in.

This time, most likely not seeing as the servers are already back up again, and have been for quite a while now.
Just as a heads up - when we post events on our calendar, you should automatically see what that time is in your time zone (assuming of course you set the time correctly in your forum user profile).

So... assuming you mean the servers had been down already, then theres nothing I need to worry about,
Awsome
