Description:
These are the types of containers normally used when storing weapons, whether it's during transport in space or in on-planet stock.

First you use a Hacker Tool on the receptable, then tradeskill the unfinished weapon with a Ultra Short Composite Barrel. The skills needed are Breaking and Entering and Weapon Smithing respectively.
