Hi im quit new to AO and i have a question to more experienced players.
How do I acces my perk window? Im level 20 at the moment and I cant see the perk button on the right side of the interface. Is there a shortcutkey for perks or is there anotherway of getting the perk button visable?

To access Perk Menu press Shift+P

To see your Perk Actions and you should use the left menu. If you don't see it, press F10 for options, then go to GUI -> Control Center -> mark "Show Left Menu"
Once you see the buttons on left, you have the Perk button there too (second from top) and can see your Perk Actions when pressing the first button from Top "Actions" -> "Perk Actions"

What Khuri forgot to mentioned is that perks are only accessable to those with either SL or AI expansion.

Yeah, so if you're currently a fr00by, then you don't have Perks...

However...

Should you upgrade... Then all the Perks you've missed out on up to the point of upgrade will all be there waiting for you. YEY!
