lol u can make these costumes buy doing the bazzits basic AI clothing Quest, though you do need AI to wear these. as for the rest of the stuff, it will be out Fri-sat ish

The
mummy clothing has been ingame since AI started and has nothing technically to do with the Halloween stuff. That should be showing up ingame fairly soonishly.

Hmmm, says it's for Solitus only...
Oh, the shapeshifting buffs that Draculeet & Frankenleet give out do not allow you to cast thru them... I'm reliably informed that last years buffs allowed casting & stuff as normal! Bit of a gyp!

Solitus only on Mummy wraps means that only solitus get buffs from whatever mods wraps have. They can be equiped by every breed.

Well, I have the teddybear...
I have 4 T-Shirts (one of them changes to a 'pawned' version if you right click it) does this qualify as 5???
What else is there to get?

You can get Shades and Freedom Arms guns in "old phats" missions...just fear the droprate.
And if you catch any of the events, you can get some other old phats. There are also some statues and helmets in DB. Don't count they'll make in-game although Silirrion's post hint on that (there are couple of other posts by him too, but peeps still argue over what he said and what he intended to say).
