Confirmed. Once you hit lvl 25 you no longer get the Subway Elite (but you can still enter the Subway till you ding lvl 26)

I have it on my 2 fr00b chars. Both dropped from Nematet. Took me only ~20-30 kills both times.

There is only one Subway now in ICC.
Living Cyber Armor levels itself, no need to click it anymore. Newcomer's still needs clicking (up to lvl 200 now) and costs some credits.
Alien weapons drop in lower levels of Subway.

This guide is in "Classic AO" section, the 4 items in the Subway can be looted by Froobs, but the reward rings require Shadowlands or do Froobs get something else?
