Well, The Lord and The Lady drop low level symbiants, novictum and generally just stuff that any other (spirit) boss drops. Actually, burdens and RBPs aren't all that rare, they're just well... pretty camped and on a horrible respawn. It wouldn't surprise me if within the high level population, there was a higher percentage of people having one of these back items than the percentage of all AO players with GTA. I at leas...

First you use a Hacker Tool on the receptable, then tradeskill the unfinished weapon with a Ultra Short Composite Barrel. The skills needed are Breaking and Entering and Weapon Smithing respectively.

There are ways to either making the money, or just try and get that instruction disk to drop. The chances might not be the best, but there are people that managed to get three grid armor disks to drop within two weeks.
