Personal preference but (this only from the guide I wrote for Doctor's and low level weapons, mind) I'd suggest 1hb because several 1HB weapons drop in ToTW that are normally quite decent. I don't know of any good 2HB weapons, at that level, for a free player.

The Omni raidbot has good relations, in issues like this, with the Clan bot, and vice verse. Disiplinary issues can normally be negotiated.

APF ninja-looters normally get bot-banned and petitioned. And if they ninja an org they normally get stalked and killed

The first two now come under a special form of harassment. /petition. The city deletion could come under harassment, but probably not.

In reply to Windguaerd, the neuts raided Sector 28 on their own a couple of weeks ago and succeeded, don't see why Mercs is unlikely at all.
