Though not very useful as you get better things from Arete, it does teach you about Whom-pahs and gives you a few neat items.

Found Snake Venom on Garbage Fleas, but Stalker Limb and Salamander Bile is still missing.

Just looked back through my guide. Stalker Limb and Salamander Bile are from the old newbie isle area, ICC Shuttleport Island. You won't find them on Arete Landing.

Once you reach lvl 5 - you can get a mission there to bring a package to Ralph in ICC, which is AFAIR registered as a Freelancers mission, so get the Mission from the Drone first, then give the package to Ralph.
