moreover, nothing forbid a soldier to get a HOT ... too bad TMS cant be cast on target :) I wasn't talking about buff begging. And to have a soldier to cast TMS more than 2 times with a full nano bar, maybe we should chose the Nanomage breed. But then we would have to figure out what to do with the...

I was about to mention the 3 focus-funneling devices, but Snakebite beat me to it. Note that the base for those 3 items is obtained from the boss from the Crypt of Home dungeon. As for tradeskilling, I have a froob engy tradeskiller, and was only able to provide the most basic tradeskilling to my or...

Not sure what your objective is for your original post. If you think Fixer's are the profession of least resistance, I suggest you roll one and try it out. Everything you pointed out is pretty much true, in practice everything more or less balances out. Here are some observations from playing a fixe...

Yeah, the agency handler has a sick sense of humor. Find an org-mate with a fixer that has team f-grid. The exit drops you off practically right next to the guy you need to find.

I think you're hit with BOTH a DoT and a snare. Here are the usual options for these missions. Use any or all of them: * Get HoT. (Systolic Equalizer or better will pretty much counterbalance the DoT) * Get GSF and stock up on treatment kits. * Get F-Grid. * Get Engy friend to fgrid there first and ...

...and there is a [very] limited number of missions available within each level range, so there is a high likelihood you will get one of the three or four missions available at that level range every day. (Flip a coin. oh, heads? "Extraction" for you.)

The dyna levels on the map is sort of the "average level of the dyna boss". You should expect the dyna boss there to be plus or minus 5 or so levels (sometimes even 10!) off from the printed number. Also, I've noticed that dyna boss HP "scales" with the QL and number of items that it drops. I've oft...

2HE Advy Sorry to cut this apart and answer only to this, but: Why would you make a 2HE Adventurer? The main supported lines for the profession are 1HE and Pistols, both dualwielded. And there are great weapon options even for froobs that will be useful all the way to level 200. sorry typo. 1HE dua...

Hiyas, Probably a little late joining this conversation, as you're probably past level 50 by now. If you are a 2HE Advy, then you can certainly kite the borgs around the vicinity of the Cyborg Barracks (not actually inside). (As for the Daily Mission, people have noticed that the cyborg parts are YE...

I was perusing the changed items in the latest patch: http://www.dokushuu.com/xml/TL_18.04.05 ... 0a_EP1.xml and I noticed three items that I was wondering if anyone found to drop: the "superb" colored visors, the color changing thong, and the black Clio.

I think it is, as the other 2 mission complete conditions "Hard Evidence" and "No Evidence" clearly can only be obtained by someone sneaking. In fact, I've found that many of the daily missions can be completed via some form of sneaking. Discussion about that here: http://aofroobs.com/forum/viewtopi...

A little advice about getting enough parts for both shoulder pads. First of all, make friends with a mid- to high- level NT. I can usually find 2 sets of parts in under 2 hours at the Rome Junkyard. There is no better place, because the Rome Junkyard has the highest density of mobs with the lowest c...

The Terminleetzor pet (and the colored visors, and the last supper picture) can be looted from the Fanatic Nomads that are spawned by the Desert Rider. Just wait around and eventually you can loot it off one of the bodies that invariably pile up near the Desert Rider raid. As for the Clio, the loot ...

Eavesdropping Daily Mission

Up until today, I thought you always had to kill Ed Burton in order to complete the "Eavesdropping" daily mission. This was a problem for my gimp nanomage agent, which always needed help to complete this mission. The result of killing Ed Burton gives the "Potential Evidence" result, but if you have ...
