Well, I doubt that at least with the Fixer run speed buffs, they can mess it up even more than they did during the last "bug fixing" cycle.

Sorry, I'm not hunting there regularly myself. Most Inferno stuff got a pretty low drop rate though.

Did you install the game client using a different user account than the one you're using to run the game? I.e. installed as administrator, then ran the client/patcher as a regular user? After successful patching, the Patcher folder can even be empty if you're not taking backups of the downloaded fil...

That depends on wether you are paying for your play account. Free players (so-called froobs) don't get access to the AO forums. If you're paying though, you just have to log into your account page on Funcom's server and set yourself a forum password there. This password has to be different from your...

I think he was referring to mechs. I don't know, something like a fairy mech that can fly over water and shoot fairy dust.

I was a bit disappointed about there only being clicky-type options, no actual text to fill in. I would have loved to tell them what I think about the latest bugged as hell fixer runspeed buff changes and how Europe pays 40% more for paid points.

You don't need to summon the boss twice, everyone in the team that has the mission running gets credit for the kill.

Hosting a torrent and the associated Bittorrent server actually takes fairly little bandwidth. The biggest issues would really be getting Funcom's ok (legally) as well as their support (we can't build an updated installer ourselves).

Yes, killing Hecklers does the trick with guardian faction pretty well. Elysium has level 160 ones, so they might even turn out green for you. An alternative for that would be to actually do Ergo's progression quest, as far as I remember doing that quest also nets you a nice Guardian Faction bonus.

For a really old MMO, have a look here:

That game celebrated its first decade a while ago, I think.
