For neutral players on RK 2. To keep up on raids, aliens, wars, parties, etc. /tell neutnet !join. You only have to sign up once & it keeps you on the list. Overall it's a great way to keep up on events in the neutral community. Many thanx to Kamaya & Zacix for putting the bot up.
