I would be careful on a site like that, as it is promotes gold and account sellers. It is also mostly for selling items for real cash and has nothing to do with the topic brought up here, which is determining the in-game value of items.

Most of it would depend on if you have a free account, or a subscription account. There are some pretty big differences between having access to only the main game versus having access to expansion content.

In the base install directory it's \Anarchy Online\Scripts\AOU_mod For the user folder, the naming is different for everyone, so it can be harder to figure out. Most of the problems with that are due to the folder structure being changed/moved. The best thing, when it is acting up, is to have the mod files in your install directory and also in the C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Funcom\Anarchy Online (there's more, but the naming is different for everyone) fold...

The new folder system gets picky about names. Sometimes. It turned in to a huge mess where they can't even help people much because half of the time, things that break it, shouldn't break it. While others that have moved or renamed stuff have no problems, when FC says it shouldn't work. Fun times.
