The hill behind this has two killer gun beetles. Unless you are real tough 140-ish don't bother with them. Cruise the circle to re-kindle Enigmas. Also, target the spout after killing the 3 Dark ones or another dark one will kill it and bork your mission.

Thaks "Sil," this had frustrated me a bit as I acciden taly 'unloaded' it from a Clan engineer (old, been waiting for a long time to play him). The update that hacking opens it up also makes very good story-line sense.

The description in the mission is as seems normal, cryptic.

The only requirement is to kill a BOSS your level or higher. Boom, instant level. Not any easier than this.
