Community - Demoders Patcher

Demoder contacted me to let AO Universe know about the new tool he has created to patch AO planetmaps.

When a map is updated, such as AoRK or AoSL, there's usually just minor changes. The patcher will download only the changed parts of the map, usually resulting in a much smaller (and faster) download than if you had to download the entire map for each little update.

Yes ladies, gents and 'troxes! I'm back! Please hold your applause, for even after months of absence, I'm still the #1 Reporter on Rubi-Ka! (to my relief).

I've returned and went to work right away, digging for new stories and after some leads I decided to focus on a mystery. Check out my latest Investigative Report: "Who is Leeroy Jenkins?". Read it and find out about someone who has become a danger to all factions.

Community - AO Towers comes to AOU!

AO Universe welcomed Totenmacher on board the team this last week. Not only did he join the team but he brought his "ao towers" site with him!! Both he and Khuri have been working hard to integrate the site, and.. today we are REALLY happy to launch the new section!
