December 29483 BoD Minutes The following are the censored minutes of the December 12th, 29483 Meeting of Omni-Tek Board of Directors held at Omni-HQ. Minutes for Omni-Tek Board of Directors Meeting, December 12th, 29483 Directors in attendance: "MAX" -- InternOps Lani "Wannja" -- Omni-Com Affiliates in attendance: Captain "Feyad" Rahal -- Omni-Pol Lise "Gimpeline" Everwhite -- Omni-Mining (IC) "Cynthrax" -- Corporate Investigations Agency Andrew "Encyros" Phillips -- DCI "Validus" Hunt -- Department of Investigations Constable "Asule" Winters -- Department of Investigations Max: Welcome to the Board of Director's Affiliate meeting. Max: Those who have a report to make today, please send me a comm message, and I will allow you time to speak. Max: As you can note, we have had many things keeping the Directors busy, but Director Wannja and I appreciate your attendance. Wannja: Always a pleasure to be here. Max: We will see that any matters brought up today are passed along to the approrpiate personnel as needed. Max: Captain Rahal, as you have a number of reports to make, I will give you the floor first. Feyad: Thank-you Director. I have three reports to make today. First, an update **** 14.5 megs censored per InternOps Protocols **** Max: Very good Captain. Please continue with your next report. Feyad: Sir... Feyad: Secondly, I'd like to update you on the "ticket" situation with R.U.R. Through patient investigation we were able to hire an independent operative to infiltrate RuR's HQ. This agent was able to befriend one of RUR employees and gain entrance to their HQ. While on a tour of that facility, the agent was able to plant a recording device in RUR's Mailroom. (Feyad activates the monitors at each desk) As you can see, there are stacks and stacks of un-opened communiques from Omni-Pol. As you can also see, these notifications are being feed directly to RUR's shredder, un-opened, by one Mary "Gimpa" Wormwood. This should dispel any objections by RUR that they have not been notified about their tickets. I suggest that the full amount of the tickets be assessed to RUR as a penalty and that all their vehicles be grounded for a period of six months. Max: I believe Director Sergeyich will be very interested in this reluctance of RUR to follow the regulations within Omni-Tek. Feyad: Sir, yes Sir! Max: I will see that he is made aware of this matter, as well as your report on the previous matter. Max: And I believe you have one more report to make sir? Feyad: My third report is about the Attack on the BoD party... ** 1.5 megs censored per InternOps Protocols ** Feyad: ((done)) Max: Ms Everwhite, I believe you have a comment to make? Gimpeline: The penalty... Woulden't hard labor be better? We could always use more hands in the mines! Gimpeline: I am speaking about RUR. Max: That is a viable suggestion Ms Everwhite, I will see that is passed along to Director Sergeyich as well. Max: smiles slightly Gimpeline: ((done)) Max: Are there any other comments to be made reguarding Captain Rahal's reports? Max: Then Ms Everwhite, please continue with report you wished to make today. Gimpeline: This will be a very short report today. We met the schedule this month and we have had no serious accidents. Much of this time of year, we have to make up lost production status and begin laying work quota plans for next year. Max: nods Max: Very good Ms Everwhite. Gimpeline: So, as a closing I will say that Omni-Mining hopes to serve the board well, as we have the last year, in the future and make even more profit for Omni-tek. Gimpeline: ((done)) Max: Execellent. I am sure Director Rhees will be very pleased. Max: Mr Phillips, you have the floor. Encyros: Thank you. I speak now *** 22.5 megs censored per InternOps Protocols ***** Encyros: Thank you, I am done. Max: looks over to Wannja. Max: Director, I believe you wish to comment on this, and might I add, I am very glad you were not among the injured at the incident he has mentioned. Wannja: Yes, thank you, indeed I was there and I am impressed about how the employees of Omni-Tek took responsibility as the party was stormed, and I wish to thank those who were there to protect the Directors who had turned up. Wannja: The party might not have turned out to be as it was planned, but from what I heard things went on smoothly when the Directors had left... And yet again, I wish to say thank you all. Max: And to reassure those present, as I am sure you can expect, this matter is not being taken lightly by any member of Omni-Tek. Wannja: And that was all I wished to say about this. Max: Those who stormed this party, by their very actions, have negated their ability to use their neutrality as a cover for responsibility for their various acts. Max: But as these investigations are continuing, there is little I can state publicly about them here. Max: Are there any further comments or questions regarding these reports today? Max: Ms Everwhite, you have the floor. Gimpeline: As there seems to be no end to the madness if these terrorists, might I ask for extra security around our facilities until this is over and the guilty are behind bars? Max: Your request is reasonable, and will be forewarded to the appropriate Departments Ms Everwhite Gimpeline: Thank you. Max: Any other comments? Max: Glances around the room and nods. Max: Very good, it appears all reports have been made for today. Max: As I have nothing to publicly discuss at this point, and Director Wannja has already made her comments...
