Two Stones, One Bird?
The other day I was reading the competition, IRRK Newswire, about a story written by my friend Miss "Lucetta" Phoenix (Link Here) about the conflict between two Omni-Pol affiliates. Something sounded fishy about the situation, so I reached out to some of my sources in Rome. Now it seems that the conflict here between Omni-Pol and Department of Investigations is partially to blame on Omni-Reform itself. You see, they lost a patient it seems. A young woman was undergoing treatment for a severe mental instability and escaped their facility in Rome Green. More on her later. It seems that the responsible officials in Omni-Reform reached out to both Omni-Pol affiliates in an attempt to locate this person and get her back into treatment as soon as possible. The problem is that Omni-Reform neglected to inform either affiliate of the other's assignment. This lead to a "turf" war of sorts. You see, my sources in Rome tell me that the higher ups in Omni-Reform were split over which affiliate to use. One group wanted to use DOI and their investigative expertise to find the lost patient, while another wanted to use the local Omni-Pol affiliate because of their relations with the common employee would give them the upper hand in finding someone out of place. In the end, they decided to go with both, but not telling each other of their decision. So in a reverse of that old adage "Killing two birds with one stone", Omni-Reform is using "Two stones to get one Bird". So, who is this bird that Omni-Reform is looking for? Well, my sources tell me that it is an escaped clan criminal named Flora "Larnue" Rhees, a clan fixer of the Black-Net C organization. She was arrested by Omni-Pol for various criminal activities but deemed mentally unable to stand trial and was therefore sent to Omni-Reform for observation and treatment. It appears she had a psychotic break-down and is suffering from schizophrenic paranoia and delusional visions. From the story linked above, it would appear that Ms. Rhees is now also violent and should be apprehended before she attacks anyone else. Public Service Announcement: If you see the following solitus female, Flora "Larnue" Rhees, described as: 1.5 meters tall, 60 kg, Auburn hair, one green eye, one blue eye, wearing black armor and either a hooded cloak or an orange jumpsuit. If you see this person, contact the nearest Omni-Pol Officer.
