This year's 'Miss Galaxy' Beauty Pageant has come with a scandal of biblical proportions with accusations from contestants that judges offered their votes for a price.

Yesterday morning 7 contestants from different worlds called for a press conference. In the afternoon they spoke out stating that they had been approached by several judges offering their votes to help them move up in the contest in exchange for undisclosed amounts of credits.

One of the ladies provided a recording in which a judge was promising to get her to the 'top 5' which is the last round before the winner is chosen and crowned.

After the press conference all 7 contestants made an official complaint to local ICC authorities because the event is sponsored by hyper corporations.

Today a Public Relations representative for the 'Miss Galaxy' administrative board published a press release on the local gridfeed stating "We're concerned with the serious accusations brought up by contestants and we've started an internal investigation on the matter. Until the investigation is completed we are sad to announce that the Pageant will be put on hold until that time."

The scandal has come to light only 2 days after the Pageant started and was one of the highest rating gridfeed shows since last year's.

ICC and corporate sponsors have declined to comment on the matter.
