Level 130 is Ado quest limit. For Scheol I got ring at level 108, Maybe at level 100 possible too.

I did this quest for my level 100 Foremans twink (Foremanshelp) and it gave me 470,000 xp which all went towards research.
Politicians and diapers need to be changed often and for the same reason.
