Community - AoLX v.0.4 is out!

Postby Ukblizzard » Mon Apr 06, 2009 12:34 pm

Onack made a news post yesterday to state that version 0.4 of Atlas of the Legacy of the Xan (AoLX) has been released.

You can download it from his site, aomaps.com via this link http://aomaps.com//phpnuke/html/modules ... load&cid=6

To be able to update AoLX with demoder's patcher you will need to download a config file for AoLX.

http://aork.flw.nu/update_aolx.ini
(Rightclick and Save As and put in cfg folder of patcher)

New AoSL is around the corner too.
Happy Easter!

Woot!

Thanks again Onack, I'm prolly speaking for a lot of players when I say the LX map has really helped me out a lot :)

note: I take it, it's FC that catagorised it as part of SL though?

That was NOT what Andrine Richard had to say, she just said that the Unicorn ended up on a stretcher because he tried to use standard issue heal kits... so it must have been the aliens in Arid Rift that decided ... or the Dust Brigade...

I think FC made it SL for alot of reasons, lack of gsf, rrfe, but better stims instead. It is outside the protected area of RK, but its still on RK. As of now its impossible to make a map category, its either Rubi-Ka and everything else, whatever you write, is defined as Shadowlands. I might move AoLX over to AoSL with time, but right now i felt it was best to just release it as its own map and develop them side by side.

Wouldn't surprise me if the reason for it being Shadowlands is simply that they wanted the mobs there to give SK, and that was the one easy way to do it.
