Is wrong when saying:
Field Quantum Physics All-Purpose Tool
QL 140 or higher
(Only 1 is used up in the process)
Because the minimum level for the chamber (the All purpose QF tool you consume) was 71 in the tradeskill window (I first tried with a 50 one. 71 means 50% or more than the zodiacal blanket, which is 140)

It seems like an odd thing to change though, did you go through the whole process to make the backpack, or did you stop at the step you mentioned above?

Ah, on every guide >.> erm. I will not forget this time...
Well, I did make a threaded backpack. I had that ql 50 tool lieing in a backpack, so I first destroyed that one. When i had the chamber, I tried to combine with the blanked and I got that message in the tradeskill window (theoretically possible BUT....QL 71) So I bought and destroyed a ql 80 tool, and that one was high enough to combine with the backpack
In the end I made an engineer pistol with that.
